Our company has two factories, one of which is a mould factory named Tianjin Jinfan Mould Co., Ltd. It is a professional company devoted to designing and manufacturing plate type heat exchanger moulds, owning hundreds of employees and more than fourteen sets of processing centers, NC milling and Gantry milling. JinFan mould company has nearly 30 years of experience in R&D plate type heat exchanger moulds. We also have a group of engineering technology staff with nearly 4 decades of experience in plate design. With a few decades of experience and research on advanced plate type, we have formed a unique design idea. Under the concept, we have exploited the bigger 600 holes mould and 400 holes mould respectively at different times. We obtain customers' appreciation owing to our reasonable price, solid quality and comprehensive services. And now Jinfan occupies 80% plate and gasket mould in China market and also sells the mould to overseas countries.
We have another factory named Tianjin Botai Heat-Exchange Equipment Co., Ltd. The factory area is 26,000㎡, and the workshop is 12,000㎡. And has 14 sets of press, including 40,000tons, 15,000 tons, 10,000 tons and 6,000 tons, and also has over 30 sets of equipment, including punching and plate shearing machines. Botai factory has more than 400 sets of OEM plate moulds, with plate area of 0.03㎡ to 3㎡, and ports from φ28 to φ650. Daily plate production quality is 10,000pcs and Plate Heat Exchanger assembling quantity is 100sets. We are a professional enterprise to manufacture OEM PHE units, OEM replacement plates and gaskets. We can supply 304, 316, Titanium, Tipd, Hastelloy C276, C2000, Nickel plates and semi-welded plate, thickness from 0.4-1.0mm. Gasket material of NBR, EPDM, HT-NBR, HT-EPDM, HNBR, VITONA/G, LLR. Plate Heat Exchanger Units are a type of detachable, full-welded and BLOC.
