APV offers a comprehensive product line of plate heat exchangers, featuring 34 different corrugated plate types and 60 different plate sizes to meet a wide range of heat exchange needs, from extremely low to ultra-high flow rates. The optimized flow distribution zone design of APV plate heat exchangers ensures uniform fluid distribution within the channels, reducing flow resistance and improving heat exchange efficiency. The plate texture creates significant turbulence within the flow channels, preventing scale formation on the plate surfaces; even if scale does form, it is easily washed away by the water flow. The embedded gasket design eliminates the need for adhesive fixation, significantly reducing installation, disassembly, and cleaning time.
