The HISAKA Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger achieves extremely high heat transfer efficiency through its unique corrugated plate design, with an overall heat transfer coefficient of 4,000 to 5,000 W/(m²·℃) in water-to-water heat exchange. Compared to traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers, the HISAKA plate heat exchanger is more compact, lighter, and significantly saves installation space.

The HISAKA detachable plate heat exchanger is assembled from seven main components: two frames (fixed clamping plates S-Frame and movable clamping plates E-Frame), a set of corrugated heat exchange plates, gaskets, clamping bolts, upper and lower guide rods, and a support base. The plates are suspended, supported, and aligned by the guide rods, and then clamped together between the fixed and movable frames by the clamping bolts.

In the plate assembly, the first plate in contact with the fixed frame is called the D-Plate, the last plate in contact with the movable frame is called the E-Plate, and the plate in between is called the Channel Plate. The heat transfer plates are of two types: A-Plate and B-Plate, both with identical patterns but placed upside down. This design, combined with the sealing effect of the rubber gaskets, ensures that the hot and cold media alternately flow between adjacent plates, achieving efficient heat exchange through counter-current flow. The gaskets on the D-Plate also cover the flow channels on both sides, preventing the flowing media from directly contacting the frame.

The plate sealing is managed based on the dimensions between the S-Frame and E-Frame, without relying on torque control.

JINFAN Technical Advantages

Our Plate Heat Exchangers are designed strictly according to HISAKA's original product specifications. The PHE Plate dimensions and corrugation type are completely identical to the original, making them direct replacements. Whether it's the UX series (UX20/UX40/UX60/UX80/UX90), LX series (LX-10A/LX-40A/LX-50/LX-90/LX-095/LX-515, etc.), RX series (RX395/RX315, etc.), or SX series, we have corresponding replacement solutions. Covering all mainstream HISAKA models, we offer truly ready-to-use solutions without any modifications.
