The Sigma Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger consists of stacked corrugated plates, fixed pressure plates, and movable pressure plates. Since almost all materials are used for heat transfer, plate heat exchangers can typically achieve up to five times the heat transfer of shell-and-tube heat exchangers. With its compact design and output power range of 125 kW, 130 kW, 135 kW, 150 kW to 210 kW, the Sigma Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger covers a wide range of demanding applications from residential to industrial use, operating stably even in high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments.

Extreme Temperature and Pressure: Withstands temperatures up to 250°C and pressures up to 25 bar.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: Available in a variety of high-performance specialty alloys, including Hastelloy C-276, Titanium, and SMO 254 to handle highly corrosive media.
Anti-clogging Capability: Sigma Free Flow Plate Heat Exchangers are ideal for handling highly viscous fluids containing particulate matter, effectively preventing media clogging and facilitating cleaning.
