Thermowave Plate Heat Exchanger

Thermowave plate heat exchangers are made of interconnected corrugated plates, forming two sets of alternating channels. Hot media flow through one set of channels, while cold media flow through the other, with the two media flowing counter-currently for efficient heat exchange. Thermowave heat exchangers can handle a variety of applications including cooling, heating, condensation, evaporation, and refrigeration. Product series include gasketed plate heat exchangers, semi-welded plate heat exchangers, and double-wall plate heat exchangers.

Thermowave features a unique corrugated plate design, offering more than twice the number of flow channel combinations compared to conventional heat exchanger plates. Its plates come in two types.

StandardLine

Designed with deep-corrugation soft plates for high flow capacity and low pressure drop. Ideal for high-viscosity fluids and shear-sensitive media.

PowerLine
