Vicarb Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger

The Vicarb Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger employs a removable gasket sealing structure, consisting of a series of corrugated metal plates stacked together and sealed with rubber gaskets. This creates channels for the alternating flow of hot and cold fluids, achieving highly efficient heat exchange. The plates feature a special corrugated design, enabling high heat transfer coefficients at low flow rates, offering advantages such as high heat transfer efficiency and a small footprint. The gaskets utilize a double-sealing structure and include signal holes, allowing for pre-emptive release in case of leakage, preventing the mixing of two media.

Titanium (TA1 / Ti-Pd) Seawater, concentrated brine, and high-chloride process fluids.
Nickel (NI201) High-temperature and high-concentration caustic soda applications.
Hastelloy C-276 Concentrated sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid service.
